Job Summary
Yanah Pharmacy is looking for qualified Pharmaceutical Technologists to join their team at the Roasters and Outering Road branches. The role involves dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical advice, and ensuring efficient pharmacy operations in a retail setting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently based on prescriptions.
- Provide clear and concise information to patients about their medications.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and dispensed medications.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.
- Manage inventory and stock levels of pharmaceutical products.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation and labeling of medications.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.
- Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in the training and supervision of pharmacy assistants.
- Participate in continuous professional development activities.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
- Assist in the implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Support the pharmacy team in achieving operational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Enrolled by the Pharmacy & Poisons Board.
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literate.
