Job Summary
Dovey Pharma Limited is looking for a qualified Pharmaceutical Technologist to perform compounding, communicate with patients and healthcare professionals, handle pharmacy tasks, process prescriptions, and dispense medicine. This role also includes various shop/retail-related tasks as per company guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform accurate compounding of medications as per prescriptions and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals regarding medication information and usage.
- Handle various pharmacy tasks, including inventory management and stock control.
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Dispense medications to patients with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide clear and concise information to patients about their medications.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and dispensed medications.
- Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in managing and ordering pharmaceutical supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance professional skills.
- Adhere to all regulatory and ethical guidelines related to pharmaceutical practice.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology or a related field.
- Official registration/enrollment as a Pharmaceutical Technologist is a requirement.
- Proficiency in compounding, handling pharmacy tasks, and processing prescriptions.
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of pharmacy and medicine.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medicine.
