Job Summary

Amref Health Africa in Kenya seeks volunteers to assist in monitoring, evaluating, and learning activities. This role involves assessing program effectiveness, measuring impact, and driving continuous improvement in health initiatives across Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess program performance and impact.
  • Prepare reports on program progress and evaluation findings.
  • Support the design and implementation of evaluation studies.
  • Assist in the development of data collection tools and methodologies.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor program activities and collect data.
  • Participate in data quality assessments and audits.
  • Assist in the dissemination of evaluation findings to stakeholders.
  • Support the development of learning agendas and knowledge management strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of program performance indicators.
  • Assist in the organization of evaluation workshops and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of evaluation data and reports.
  • Support the use of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Assist in the development of program logic models and theories of change.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts based on evaluation findings.
