Job Summary
The Junior People Support Administrator will assist with daily transactional work items, support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain employee records, and help coordinate people-related initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with daily transactional work items supporting the People Support Lead.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless experiences for new hires and departures.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in Google Drive and HRIS systems.
- Support the coordination of people-related initiatives such as payroll, hiring, engagement activities, content building, and events logistics.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to enhance process efficiency and employee experience.
- Help with administrative tasks, such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance tracking.
- Support HR reporting and analytics by compiling data and insights as needed.
- Adopt a proactive ‘Can Do’ approach in taking the initiative to get things done.

Qualifications & Requirements
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, people support, or a related field.
- Prior experience working remotely, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information with discretion, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems (HRIS, ATS) is a plus.
- The ability to take initiative and work under pressure.
