Job Summary
The HRI Officer will be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry into EMR/manual registers, data cleaning, basic data analysis, and submitting reports to the Ministry of Health (MoH). This role involves managing data from various service points within the dispensary and preparing regular reports for facility-level discussions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into EMR/manual registers.
- Perform data cleaning and basic data analysis.
- Upload data on the Web PPR and submit reports to MoH.
- Capture data from service points, including OPD, ANC, MCH, Maternity, TB, PMTCT, and CCC.
- Ensure client linkage for seropositive individuals.
- Prepare weekly PPR reports, monthly MoH reports, and quarterly benchmark reports.
- Prepare bi-weekly data review reports for facility-level discussions.
- Compile MoH reports with breakdowns of HIV testing data for children and adults.
- Segregate TB data to capture HIV-positive cases and those started on ARVs.
- Record data on individuals screened and managed for STIs and cervical cancer.
- Follow up on HIV-exposed infants, including testing and linkage to care data.
- Capture index testing data.
- Attend monthly data review meetings to submit facility reports.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Records and Information Management, Data Management, or a related field.
- Experience in data entry and analysis in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of EMR systems and data management tools.
- Familiarity with MoH reporting requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
