Job Summary
The Regulatory Assistant will play a key role in ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. This position involves working closely with regulatory authorities, maintaining documentation, and supporting the regulatory affairs team to ensure smooth product registration and compliance with legal standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, compiling, and submitting regulatory documents for product registration.
- Ensure compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations.
- Maintain regulatory records and databases, ensuring timely updates.
- Support regulatory audits and liaise with relevant authorities regarding product approvals.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory policies and advise the team on compliance requirements.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met in product development and distribution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in regulatory documentation, product registration, and compliance is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
