Job Overview

Terden Limited is looking for a Registered Nurse to serve in their organization and aid it in achieving its goals effectively. The Registered Nurse will be technically reporting to the immediate supervisor.

Duties And Responsibilities 

Interested Candidates should be willing to perform the following task:
  • Provide triaging services to all clients upon arrival, correctly assigning acuity levels in alignment with clinical protocols.
  • Identify and address potential disease escalations to senior physicians.
  • Provide efficient support to technicians during medical procedures.
  • Effectively provide health education to clients as well as develop guides to meet learning needs.
  • Practice effective communication with patients.
  • Serve as a link between patients and physicians.
  • Effectively adhere to clinic policies and measures as well as set nursing standards.
  • Document patient care accurately and comprehensively.
  • Respond effectively to patient inquiries, and concerns and respond to concerns from patients.
  • Effectively collaborate with staff to ensure maximum service delivery.

Qualifications

Interested candidates must have the following:
  • Diploma or its equivalent in Registered Community Health Nursing.
  • A Valid practice license.
  • A registration certificate from Nursing Council of Kenya.
  • Proficiency in interpreting basic diagnostics procedures, including ECG and RBS.
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Prior ICU experience is an added advantage.
