Job Overview
The successful candidate for the position will help Avenue Healthcare in marketing and increasing it's reach through effective marketing strategies. The Executive will be technically reporting to the immediate supervisor.
Duties And Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be tasked with the following:
- Engage social workers to establish referral sources
- Analyze company's service points to identify areas to focus on marketing.
- Attend educational seminars with intentions to market Avenue healthcare Homebased trainings and homebased care services
- Participate in community liaison activities in collaboration with the nurses, caregivers, homes hospitals and assisted living facilities
- Create and maintain referral follow up program
- Effectively mange profitability of Avenue healthcare
- Design and implement business development and marketing strategies
- Analyze the potential of avenue's services to determine market
- Design and develop marketing plan identifying gaps and setting up a timetable.
- Attend all marketing training sessions as assigned
- submit assignment reports in due time.
- Maintain professionalism and interpersonal skills throughout

Qualifications
Interested candidates should meet the following:
- A minimum of a bachelors degree in business related field
- A minimum of 2 years working experience, 1 year in a business development position.
- Homecare business environment experince is a plus.
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills
- Knowledge on retail and pharmacy operations
- Positive attitude towards the community.
