Job Overview

Avenue healthcare is actively looking for a lecturer who will ensure quality of learning at Avenue healthcare, The successful candidate will technically report to the supervisor.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Successful candidate will play the following roles:

Formulating and coming up with training curriculum and determining the scope.
Reviewing, revising and updating the training curriculum.
Lead content delivery in collaboration with the the head of department.
Ensure the facility has functional and required equipments for effective training.
Deliver and train teaching contents as allocated by the lead teacher.
Formulating classroom timetable under guidance of the lead teacher.
Effectively executing all clinical supervisions
Adhering and ensure the syllabus is delivered on time.
Relevantly develop marking schemes for examinations as well as award marks
During examinations avail for invigilation to ensure there is no exam mal practices.
Carry out student orientation and admissions.
Contribute and support marketing activities to optimize revenue and growth of numbers.
Ensure that all students pay all their due balances before sitting for their final examinations.
Carry out clinical assessments both in class and clinical areas.

Qualifications:

Interested candidates should meet the following:

A minimum of a Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Bachelors degree is an added advantage.
A minimum of 3 years experince
A TVET accredited trainer
A valid practice license
BLS & ACLS Certificate
Homebased care experince or in administration.
Computer proficiency.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills.
