Job Description
AAR Healthcare is seeking to recruit a competent and qualified Medical Officer to fill in the position of a Medical Officer Critical Care Unit (CCU). Qualifications: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized University ACLS and BLS Certificate ATLS Certificate is an added advantage. European Paediatric Advance Life Support (EPALS) certificate is an added advantage Minimum of 2 years Experience Experience in Private Practice Registration certificate with KMPDC A valid Practice License
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Review therapeutic interventions for patients admitted in Critical care unit. Review patients in other wards where critical care services are needed, Mentor nurses on critical care management Perform any medical procedures as per the training. Maintain high practice standards and accuracy. Handle clients with professionalism. Contribute in Continuous Medical Education Sessions. Participate in clinical audits and clinical research. Adhere to clinical protocols during case management. Communicate all relevant information to the patients and relatives. Respond immediately to emergencies when ensued.
